GetCursorFieldFlt Method

Description

Get the value of a floating point field in the specified cursor.

Syntax

Visual Basic 
Public Function GetCursorFieldFlt( _
   ByVal cursor As String, _
   ByVal nField As Long _
) As Double

Parameters

cursor
The name of the cursor we are interrogating.
 
nField
The index number of the field we are interrogating, the index starts at 0.

Return Type

The field’s floating point value as a double.

Reads the value of the first field from the current row into a double.
