USGS DOQ (Old Style) (*.doq;*.nes;*.nws;*.ses;*.sws)

First Generation USGS DOQ.

Support for read access, including reading of an affine georeferencing transform, and capture of the coordinate reference system string. This format is the old, unlabelled DOQ (Digital Ortho Quad) format from the USGS.
