Scale Bar

A Scale Bar is a special kind of Point item that automatically scales itself to match the scale of the contents of a Map Frame item. This is useful for placing scale-bar symbols on Print Template objects.

The Scale Bar item scales itself using the Map Frame scale property of the Map Frame item. It is therefore important that the Symbol used is drawn at true world size.

  The angle of an item in degrees.
  
  
• Geometry class: _classGeom$
  The C++ class used to store an item's geometry. This is handled automatically. You can see what precision an item's geometry is stored with by recognising the geometry classes.
