Pixel Resolution and Screen Resolution

Zoom Raster [Home-Zoom]  looks for the first selected Bitmap or Image item, or if no Bitmap or Image items are selected the first visible Bitmap or Image. and sets the viewing scale so that one pixel in the Bitmap/Image item equals one pixel on the screen in order to achieve the perfect resolution. The view will be zoomed in or out, without its centre being changed.

In order to see the Bitmap/Image centered on the screen, you should first select the Bitmap/Image item, then use Selection [Home-Zoom], followed by Zoom Raster [Home-Zoom]. The width (X dimension) will always be correct, and if the Bitmap/Image item’s pixels are square then the height will also be correct.
