Delete bad Nodes

Normally all Link items know their Node item connections (and vice-versa).

Occasionally there may be inconsistencies (ie redundant links or nodes). This is rare but could possibly occur when inconsistent data is read in from an external format.

The Delete bad Nodes command will delete any such inconsistent Node items.

First select the bad node item(s), then Topology > Maintenance > Delete Bad Nodes.

To select just Node items you can either use Find (Home > Selection], or you could select a single node item and then use the Map Window Select Connected command:

to select some or all connected Node items.

TIP: See also Delete bad Links (Topology > Maintenance).
