Database Connections

Database connections are used for a significant part of Notice Board functionality including Quick Search and other add-ins like ReportIT or FindIT.

The database encrypts the connection string for security purposes. However they are still identifiable by the Name columns.

Note: The ConnectionStringID is a numeric ID generated by the database; this number is used when setting up services like Quick Search, ReportIT and more.
