UpdateWorkspaceWindow Method

Description

Updates the current SIS Workspace Definition (SWD) in the workspace window, e.g. after changing the status of an overlay.

Note: UpdateWorkspaceWindow is no longer relevant but has been retained to ensure existing GisLinks do not fail.
