Was the topological item automatically created? Automatic topological items may be automatically deleted in future when associated items are edited or deleted.

Expression Syntax: _bAuto&

_bAuto& returns -1 (True) or 0 (False)

In the Properties dialog go to the All tab, select Automatic and select True or False from the drop-down box.
