Click File on the Ribbon and select New.You can choose the type of new map to create from the available options.

Standard Maps

	Creates the default map which may have a non-standard default coordinate reference system and/or include Overlays from the default SIS Workspace Definition (SWD). The map can be saved as a SIS Workspace Definition (SWD) file. Related Topics
	Creates a completely empty map. The map can be saved later as a SIS Workspace Definition (SWD) file.
