The OGC Filter implements the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Filter Encoding Specification which encodes filters using XML.
The OGC Filter is currently only used by the Cadcorp SIS Desktop implementations of the OGC Web Feature Service and is not available using the SIS Desktop 9 UI or API.
