Value-list Filter

The Value-list Filter remembers a property name and a list of matching values. If an Item has the property, and the property value is in the list of known values, then the Item passes the filter.

Note: Value-list Filter objects only work on integer properties, i.e. those ending in '&', and are typically only used from applications/customisations.
