Snap

Snap pans the current Map Window. It simply takes a selected point and places it at a chosen location on the screen panning the map base in order to achieve this.

1. Select Home > Pan > Snap.
   
   
2. Click a position on the map which you want to move to a new location in the view. Alternatively type in the coordinates of this position.
   
3. Either:
   • click a second position or type in its coordinates. The first point you chose will be moved here. (OR)
   • press Enter to place the first position you chose at the centre of the view.
