Connect GPS

Use this option to connect to a GPS device attached to your computer. The computer should be GPS enabled.

Select Location > GPS Connection > Connect.

Options like Parity, Data bits etc display default values. To edit them to your needs, please refer to your GPS device’s manual.

Click Next.

On the GPS Settings dialog configure the GPS device.

The data capture rate is the time between each GPS fix (in seconds). Choose to display the GPS Status dialog and the Location Control Bar by checking/unchecking the corresponding options.

Click Finish to complete.

Click Next to finish configuring the GPS handling settings.
