Manage User Permissions

User Permissions overwrite Group Permissions. This allows singular users to have elevated permissions over other members within a group.

Select the map you wish to set permissions for: Maps > Select Map.

Under General Settings > mapSettings, untick the Allow Anonymous Access checkbox.

Access to this map can now be managed by User and Group Permissions.

Manage User Permissions

Select Security > Manage User Permissions from the main menu:

To edit permissions for a single user:

• Begin typing their user name in the User Name text box. You willl see a list of matches
• Choose the required user from the list and edit their permissions by simply checking or unchecking the corresponding tickbox.
