I cannot access the Admin Page

If you are experiencing trouble accessing the admin page, check if Full Control has been enabled for webMapLayersConfig.db’s NETWORK SERVICE.

  1. Right click on webMapLayersConfig.db within your installed WebMap folder (inside App_Data)
  2. Select Properties > Security.
  3. In Group or user names select Edit.
  4. Click Add.
  5. In the Enter the object names to select (examples): box type network and click Check Names.
  6. Select NETWORK SERVICE and click OK.
  7. Select NETWORK SERVICE in the Group or user names section and check the Full control > Allow tickbox.
  8. Click Apply and click OK.
