System Variables

System Variables displays comprehensive information about datasets and data sources available for any particular instance. Use this as a ready reckoner when you add or remove data sets.

Select Instances > Options >System Variables.

The only field you can edit is the BDS Refresh Interval. BDS files are native Cadcorp SIS Desktop files and are cached by GeognoSIS. This setting determines the time interval GeognoSIS waits before re-loading BDS files. It is measured in seconds.
