Directions

Use Directions to produce directions from a Start point to a Finish point.

Select the overlay points.Related Topics

Select Applications > Routes > Directions.

1. Select the required Measurement Option (SIS, OSRM or Valhalla). Related Topics
2. Define a No-go area if needed.
3. Select the relevant network overlay and click OK.
4. Click on the map to specify the Start and End points.
5. The route will be created and shown as a new overlay called Route.
   
6. Click Close to dismiss the dialog or click Create Print to create a plot as a separate SWD.
   

If this template is not already loaded then the first use of Route Direction will load the default from a NOL in its program files.

The default print template used is A4 RouteMap. This can be defined in the Directions tab of the Routing tools settings dialog. See also Settings.

Note: To customise Route Directions this template should be recalled, customised and stored in your own library.
