Search TipsPasting SIS graphics into other applications
Copy (Edit > Clipboard) copies the current view to the clipboard as a Windows Metafile (WMF).
The WMF can be pasted into another application which is capable of accepting Windows Metafiles.
In the newly pasted view, the graphics appear just as they did in the map window. Ideally the application should automatically clip the graphics which overlap the clipping frame. Be aware however some applications do not use the clipping frame especially when printing.
