Manage Users for a Map

Use the Manage Users option to handle user access on any specific map. You can grant or remove map permissions.

On the map select Configuration > Security > Users.

If you know the user name, start typing it into the Select user box. WebMap searches the database and displays a list of users that match your search text.

TIP: To manage user profiles at a global site level, see Quick Access > Security > Users.

Add User

Select Add to grant access to individual users.

Remember individual user permissions take precedence over group permissions.

Delete User

Select Delete User to remove individual users from the harvested list.

Edit User

Select Edit User to customise user access to individual maps. Toggle permissions on or off and click Save.
