A TIN can be converted into a simple Polygon item with Perimeter [Edit-TINs].
Select the TINs, then select Perimeter [Edit-TINs] or the local command Convert to Polygon.
The edges of the TIN are used to define the Polygon, the interior nodes being discarded.
