Exports gzip-compressed Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Geography Markup Language (GML) files.
GML was developed by the Open Geospatial Consortium (www.opengeospatial.org ) as a means for neutral data storage and transfer of geospatial data and attributes. It is widely used by national mapping agencies and other large data providers such as the Ordnance Survey.
GML is an XML encoding for the transport and storage of geographic information, including both the spatial and non-spatial properties of geographic features.

Note: SIS will always use the GML 2.1.2 schema which is pre-loaded in SIS. This cannot be changed through the desktop.
