Scenario Controls

The scenario controls at the top of the map help you assess risk or appliance coverage while running different "scenarios".

Add Vehicle

To introduce a new vehicle into the scenario:

  1. Click on the icon

  2. Click again on any specific map location and enter these details.

FIELD DESCRIPTION
Latitude/Longitude Enter Lat/Lon to add vehicle at specific coordinates
Call sign Enter unique call sign of the vehicle
Status Specify a status from the drop down menu (NOTE: Status items can be configured. Content will be added)

Remove Vehicle

To delete a vehicle from the scenario view:

  1. Select the vehicle.

  2. Click on the icon.

Run Scenario

To view an updated scenario view with new vehicle positions, click the icon.

Scenarios can be changed by adding vehicles, deleting vehicles or even moving vehicles around on the map.

The new information is processed and you can see the risk levels change colour according to pre-defined levels.

Note: Risk levels have been defined as a theme in SIS Desktop. See here for more information

Blue circles are clusters of vehicles. "Clusters" help you see at a glance the number of vehicles concentrated in a specific location. To turn off clusters, see Vehicles in Settings.

Sync with Live View

To model a scenario based on the current location on the vehicles, use the Sync option. This rearranges the vehicles in the Scenario view to match the Live locations.

You can now see the changed risk levels based on the current dynamic vehicle positions.
