Launching Cadcorp GeognoSIS Manager Desktop

1. The executable to run the Cadcorp GeognoSIS Manager Desktop can be found in the installation folder: C:\Program Files\Cadcorp GeognoSIS 9\Apps.Desktop\Manager\Cadcorp GeognoSIS Manager Desktop.exe

2. Double click the .EXE to launch the application straightaway.

You only need to install it physically if using the desktop product on a different machine.

3. Now fill in the relevant fields:

Field	Description
Friendly name	Generic name used to store the login details
Server URL	Enter the URL in this format: http://host:port and ensure it connects to the administrative port number created during installation
User name	To be filled by Administrators.
Password	Administrator password for GeognoSIS.

4. Click Save and Connect.
