ESRI BSQ (*.bsq;*.hdr;*.clr;*.sta)

ESRI BSQ (Band Sequential) is an ASCII based format commonly used for the storage and display of raster imagery or grids. The format can contain any number of bands from a single band used to represent a Digital Elevation Model (DEM), to hundreds used in hyper spectral imagery.

The BSQ format is optimised for accessing both spatial and spectral information from the dataset.

Usual extension is *.BSQ but can be accompanied by a header file *.HDR, a colour map file *.CLR and a statistics file *.STA.

This is a memory based dataset.
