Ordnance Survey (GB) OSCAR road network (*.ntf)

OSCAR (Ordnance Survey Centre Line of Roads) Traffic-Manager is a street level vector link and node dataset from the Ordnance Survey in NTF format. Includes turning restrictions and one way information.

Tiles are 5km by 5km, and files can be viewed individually or as an index dataset as they follow the Ordnance Survey naming convention.
