The Particle theme is part of the Annotation theme type and is used to annotate Point, Multipoint and PointCloud Items by drawing a 'particle'.
Click Home > Add Theme > Annotation and select Particle.
If the SWD contains more than one overlay, the following Theme Overlay dialog will be displayed:
Filter, Scale and Legend buttons
