3rd Party Routing

Using 3rd party databases can be sometimes quicker when planning and charting routes.

Select Applications > Routing Tools > Settings > 3rd Party Routing.

OSRM databases for Greater London and Hertfordshire are included as standard in SIS 9.1 Desktop. You can find these inside the installation folder C:\Program Files\Cadcorp SIS Desktop 9.1\OSRM\data.Select either one from the drop-down menu.

• To add a new one OSRM database , click Add.
• Use the file browser to select any relevant OSRM files.
  

TIP: Ensure you have exported your desired OS products into a OSRM database. Use the Utilities tool in SIS Desktop to do this.

Repeat the same steps as above to add Valhalla routing data. Again Valhalla data for Greater London and Hertfordshire are included as standard in SIS 9.1 Desktop. You can find these inside the installation folder C:\Program Files\Cadcorp SIS Desktop 9.1\Valhalla\data
