Convert to Text

1. Convert to Point Text converts the selected BoxText item(s) into Text item(s). The heights of the Text items will now be defined in point sizes.
2. Convert to Box Text converts the selected Text item(s) into BoxText item(s). The height of the new BoxText items will now be defined in metres (or you can change its size by stretching the grab handles of the box which surrounds it).
   Initially the BoxText heights are set to a size which allows them to retain the same appearance in the current View.
3. Convert to Label Text takes the string in a BoxText item and creates a Label Text item.
4. Convert to Polygons takes the string in a BoxText item and creates a separate Polygon item for each letter in the string. The new Polygon item(s) can be edited in the same way as all other Polygon items.
