Description:

 Link creates a Link item by drawing it as you would draw a simple LineString item.

In creating the Link item, this command does not look for intersections with existing topology, so a single Link item can be created. However, the end-points of the new Link item may split other existing Link items.

If you want to add a Link into existing topology with intersections, you should draw a LineString item using LineString [Create-Simple], then use the local Convert to Link command.
