Demote (Overlay)

Description:

 Demote reorders overlays, so the selected overlay draws after other overlays.

SIS draws overlays in a SIS Workspace Definition (SWD) in order - from the top of the list of overlays to the bottom. Therefore the order in which these overlays are listed is important, as you might have a large bitmap overlaying and obliterating other graphics. This command reorders the overlays and moves it down the list, so the selected overlay draws after any other overlays that are above it in the list.
