Description:

 From Items creates TopoPolygon items in a Link and Node item network, using the selected items as the seeds.

1. Select the item(s), which must lie within the link and node network.
   
   
2. Select From Items.

The TopoPolygon or TopoPolygons are automatically created, taking the selected item(s) origin(s) as seed(s) for the new TopoPolygon(s).

SIS will always create the smallest TopoPolygon items it can.
