Description:

 Legend places the legend of any Theme on an overlay in the currently selected Map Frame item.

Normally, you will use either Print Template [File-Print Template] or Quick Print Template [File-Print Template] to place Theme Legends. However, you can manually place legends by selecting the Map Frame item which contains themed overlays, and then selecting this command.
