Description:

 Open Project opens an existing Project Folder.

A Project Folder contains SIS Workspace Definitions (SWDs) and Named Object Libraries (NOLs)  or shortcuts to these if they are located elsewhere.

Note: The Open Project command will not attempt to open *.json, *.txt and *.xml files as NOL files, because these file extensions are also used by some file-based Datasets.
