3D in SIS Desktop

SIS Desktop supports the following 3D capabilities:

• Read 3D map data, e.g. OS (GB) Land-Form DTM 1:1000, 1:50000.
  
• Create 3D TIN (Triangulated Irregular Network) items and Solid items.
  
• Create 3D geometry, e.g. LineString, Point and Polygon items, by drawing to 3D positions, or by extruding existing graphics.
  
• Thematically display 2D geometry as 3D using the Extrude 2D items in 3D views theme.
  
• Draping raster and vector graphics over 3D models.
  
• Ground Modelling
